Rethinking Morning Carbs

Instead of potatoes, rice or toast for breakfast, I have been creating inspired sides of complex carbohydrates to accompany those eggs I so love in the AM. Spicing up those vege side dishes with different flavor profiles keeps it interesting and delicious. Keeping out bodies fueled with beautiful, fresh food is the best way to start a gorgeous Maui day.
